The GRAND Plyometric Box Set is a professional and versatile training equipment set, perfect for developing strength, coordination, and agility. The set consists of four modular boxes with different heights: 15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm, and 60 cm, allowing for height adjustment based on the individual needs and skill level of the user. The total height of the boxes is 150 cm, offering various combinations of heights depending on the workout. The individual blocks can be easily connected using strong and durable Velcro straps, ensuring stability during jumps.

The boxes are made of EVA foam, which absorbs shocks, and durable PVC material that provides longevity and resistance to mechanical damage. This combination of materials makes the set perfect for intense workouts in professional gyms as well as for home use.
