Return Period
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, every customer of our store has the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. This period complies with the Consumer Rights Act and provides our customers with the opportunity to thoroughly review the purchased goods and decide whether they meet their expectations.
Return Conditions
Returns are possible provided that:
1. The product shows no signs of use or damage and is in a condition that allows it to be resold. We encourage you to keep the original packaging and tags, as they may be required for the return.
2. Please return the product along with proof of purchase, which may be a receipt or invoice. The original proof of purchase is necessary to process the return.
3. Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
Return Procedure
To return a product, please include a completed and signed return form in the package or send it to our email address at kontakt@grand-fitness.pl. You can find the return form here. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Late Returns
If, for any reason, you are unable to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us. We will do our best to find a solution that is satisfactory for both parties.
Returns of Defective or Damaged Products
If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will review your complaint in accordance with applicable regulations and strive to find the best solution for you, including replacing the product with a new one or issuing a refund.
Right to Withdraw from the Contract
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act. The withdrawal must be made in writing, and the customer has 14 days to return the products. Keep the original packaging to facilitate the return process. We encourage you to keep the product’s original packaging and tags.
